"Please accept my apologies for the tardiness of this message. Something personal came up right after you did
the excellent job of installing my door, and I misplaced your business card with the email address on it until a day or so
ago.
As you know, you and your very pleasant associate came to my home a few Sunday mornings ago and installed a Pella
screen/storm door that I purchased at Lowe's in Orchards.
I was very impressed with the professional results of the installation, and thanks to the thoroughness of your cleanup,
the cement entryway in front of my condo was actually cleaner than before you arrived!!
What really sets you apart though was that one simple little question you asked at the end "Do you have anything
else around your place that needs fixing or adjusting that we might be able to help you with before we leave?"
Considering that I already knew you had another job after mine and your day's schedule was already thrashed by Lowe's
not being able to find my door when you went to pick it up, I was even more impressed that you took the time to make the offer.
I don't mean to get personal, but every time I step in my master bath shower I think of you guys, because thanks
to the 2-3 minutes it took you to adjust that pesky sliding shower doors so they were no longer dragging against each
other, I no longer have to fight these doors every morning. It was one of those little annoyances I had learned
to live with, and did not feel I had the expertise to attempt to fix on my own.
Until you removed the doors, I had no idea the mountings for little wheels that the doors glide on could be adjusted
to change the angle of travel and thus solve the problem. I was afraid the mounting was bent or the door was warped
in some fashion.
Thanks, again, to both of you for your very good work on everything. And it was an added bonus that you didn't
even flinch when my Lhasa Apso gave you a "kiss" on the forehead while you were bending down to drill into my door frame!!
She says "hi" by the way, as does the "supervising" Shih-tzu"
Please pass this message on to Lowe's. You deserve credit for doing much to enhance their image by your professional
approach to your work.
By the way, after you were here, I found out that you had installed a door for my neighbor, Dean Passmore, in unit
#197. He also made favorable comments about your work.
Thanks, again, Scott. I am keeping your card in case I ever need you for some other work here at my condo."

"Everything excellent. We appreciate the follow-up. Let Scott know I
finally joined
a pool league (APA out of the Half Time tavern) and
that he should come on over to the house to shoot some pool sometime."
